If you’re filing an insurance claim, we begin the tear-down process after we receive approval from the insurance company. During tear-down, there may be an estimate supplement that requires approval. After receiving final approval, parts are ordered. If this is a customer-pay job, parts are ordered as soon as you approve the estimate and drop your vehicle off for collision repair.
